Two blimps can look identical in a photo and behave completely differently in year two. The difference is the material.
Polyurethane, not PVC
The cheap end of this market is PVC. Ours are polyurethane.
PVC stiffens with age, keeps every crease from wherever it was folded, and goes brittle under ultraviolet light. Polyurethane stays flexible, folds and re-inflates without scarring, and tolerates sun far better.
The PVC balloon is cheaper on the day you buy it and more expensive every day after. If you are comparing two quotes, the material is the comparison.
Artwork is part of the build
The blimp is assembled from white polyurethane panels and your artwork is printed onto them during construction. Both sides. Included in the $1,526, with no setup or plate charge.
The process reproduces nearly any graphic or colour, so send the logo you already use. If a supplier insists your logo must be reduced to one colour, that is a statement about their printing, not about balloons.
Lift and tether
Net lift on the 13-foot blimp is about three pounds. A sandbag or a solid tie-off handles it.
Every blimp includes your choice of a 120-foot tether line or a 105-foot metallic pennant line. One or the other. The pennant adds movement below the envelope; the plain tether keeps all the attention on the printed sides.
The one rule
Winds over 25 miles per hour in the forecast means bring it inside. Not when the wind arrives.
Wind is what takes balloons. Normal use does not wear them out in any way you will notice. If it does wear out, send it back and we replace it. That covers wear, and it does not cover a balloon lost to weather, which no manufacturer covers.
